Impartiality Policy

We recognize that impartiality is essential to ensure the credibility of our certification processes. To this end, GIQCIS and its personnel are committed to:

  1. Avoiding Conflicts of Interest: All potential conflicts of interest are identified, analyzed, and managed effectively. Personnel involved in certification activities are required to act independently and disclose any conflicts that could affect impartiality.
  2. Ensuring Independence: Certification decisions are made by personnel who are not involved in consultancy or any activities that could compromise their impartiality. We do not allow commercial, financial, or other pressures to influence our certification decisions.
  3. Maintaining Transparency and Objectivity: Certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence of conformity obtained through the certification process. We ensure all processes are transparent and free from bias or favoritism.
  4. Non-Discriminatory Practices: GIQCIS applies its certification activities fairly and without discrimination to all applicants, regardless of size, location, or industry sector.
  5. Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: We regularly review and improve our policies and procedures to ensure ongoing impartiality, involving external stakeholders as needed to provide balanced oversight.
  6. Complaint and Appeals Handling: GIQCIS has established an effective mechanism for handling complaints and appeals, ensuring all issues are resolved impartially and transparently.

The management of GIQCIS is fully committed to upholding this policy and providing the necessary resources to maintain impartiality in all our certification activities.
